Established in 1997, Kitchens on the Run emerged from a growing demand in temporary kitchen solutions. What began as refitted shipping containers soon spurred into a fleet of fully realised self-contained units , reflecting our vision of delivering the most space effective portable commercial kitchens.

Kitchens on the Run has continued its expansion into an assembly of modular kitchen and companion units that work together seamlessly in almost any configuration and capacity. We equip all of our units with industry leading brands and remote monitoring technology which allows us to station our kitchens in a diverse collection of sectors and environments with confidence in their reliability.

Units are thoroughly cleaned between assignments. They all conform to food hygiene standards in every state. Particular attention is paid to effective emergency shut-off mechanisms for gas and electricity. KOR offers a complete onsite walk-through to familiarise customers with the equipment.

Turn-key solutions

Should it be required, KOR can be a “one stop shop”, offering food service solutions through to project management. The only thing not offered is the catering service itself (food and kitchen staff). Let us know what you need. Some examples of our extended service:
