Thanks to Kitchens On The Run, one of Melbourne’s bustling CBD street corners was transformed into an inner-city food truck oasis.
Located at the intersection of Collins Street and Exhibition Street, Rue & Co brought together the most respected names in the Australian restaurant scene for a unique pop- up experience. This was a chance for well-known brands to showcase their food at affordable prices and to reach a broad market.
Kitchens On The Run was approached because of our long history in the hospitality industry. This site was particularly challenging with limited spaces, however by working collaboratively with the client and the individual restauranteurs we were able to create a module solution which allowed each kitchen to prepare their meals to a hungry CBD public. We also helped with branding the containers.
