What size are your mobile units?

When extended our kitchens are 6m x 3m. All other units are 6m x 2.4m.

What is the minimum hiring period?

Quotes are based on a minimum hire of one week. Terms of hire can be shorter if required, such as for events or pop-ups.

What equipment is included in standard 20ft kitchen?

Our standard unit includes:

  • 1 x Sharpline upright commercial dishwasher
  • 2 x Garland deep fryers
  • 1 x Rational 10-tray combi oven
  • 1 x Garland six-burner cooktop and oven
  • 1 x Garland griddle plate
  • 1 x two-door under bench Williams freezer
  • 1 x three-door under bench Williams fridge
Can I customise the units with the equipment I need?

Yes! Our extensive range of quality commercial equipment is able to meet all your needs. Let us know at the quote stage so we can customise according to your requirements.

What services are required on site?

You will need the following. However if you can’t meet all these requirements, our team can work with you to provide an alternate solution, such as mobile grease traps.

  • 1x 32-amp (3 phase) power outlet
  • Legal discharge point for sullage (waste water)
  • 4 x 45kg LPG bottles to run kitchen equipment (units can be converted to main gas)
  • 1 x fresh potable water connection
Do you provide food trucks?

No, we do not provide food trucks however we can customise any of our units to suit your needs.

Do you provide catering staff and food?

No, we provide the kitchens and equipment. We do not provide staff, food, crockery or utensils. We can provide point-of-sale solutions, site set-up and even marquees. We also leave the cooking to you!

Are you able to deliver Australia wide?

Yes! We have even hired kitchens to the Solomon Islands and New Zealand.

Do your kitchens have built-in generators?

No, however we can help with your generator needs.

How long does it take to get set-up and commission a kitchen unit?

Set up and commissioning can take between one and three hours.

How many people can fit in one 20ft kitchen?

Between four and six people can fit comfortably.

Who builds the kitchens?

For quality control, our design team draws and builds from scratch. We know about every screw and fixing point on every container.

What happens if the equipment or unit malfunctions?

We ensure that all of our kitchen equipment is tested and commissioned before handing it over to you. Once it is operational, one of our technicians will train you and your employees on how to operate your unit/s and answer all your questions. However, if something malfunctions, we have a 24/7 service team that can assist Australia-wide. To eliminate that concern, we also include regular ongoing serviced maintenance and replacement.

How are the hire costs determined?

Our charge rates are weekly and determined on the length of hire.
